Participation contracts with the Iraqi government

Our company has added to its portfolio a project involving a partnership agreement with the Republic of Iraq - Ministry of Industry and Minerals - General Company for Automotive and Equipment Industry. Below are the general details of the project:
1- Project Name: Manufacturing and assembling all types of steel structures, tanks, specialized equipment, machinery, and all steel constructions that fall under the activities of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals - General Company for Automotive and Equipment Industry.
2- Project Objectives: To develop and support industrial cooperation and transfer expertise between specialized public sector companies and reputable private sector industrial investment companies, as well as to leverage and transfer the expertise of reputable foreign industrial support companies to achieve an industrial renaissance in the Republic of Iraq.
3- Reason for Choosing the Project: The Iraqi market, across most of its sectors, ministries, and government formations (most notably electricity, oil, industry, agriculture, reconstruction and housing, infrastructure, municipalities, and other formations), requires the provision of all types of machinery, equipment, and trucks with all their details, in addition to all steel products and constructions to meet the needs of their operations.
4- Skills Required for the Project: Our company has all the financial, technical, administrative, and marketing capabilities, and we have a team with high expertise in the Iraqi market, combined with the expertise and capabilities available at the Ministry of Industry and Minerals - General Company for Automotive and Equipment Industry, which also possesses skilled technical teams. This project was accomplished through the formation of a professional partnership with both:

• The Belgian company OGECO, specialized in design, engineering, and construction of all facilities in the industry, oil and gas, and energy sectors, with high execution expertise and a safe approach to construction work, considering health, safety, and environmental aspects at all project stages through a policy of employing highly qualified technical and administrative professionals, and managing projects according to international quality and standards with a turnkey delivery system for all works, including piping, mechanical equipment, electromechanical works, and all other systems, as well as installation, operation, and on-site training.
• The Jordanian company Qelada, specialized in equipment, machinery, and steel structures of all kinds, as well as waste management services, providing comprehensive solutions with modern and environmentally friendly methods. The company holds ISO 9001 and 45001 certifications and represents global manufacturing companies in this field as an exclusive and authorized agent, with extensive experience in selecting suitable equipment and machinery to meet clients' needs and requirements in all details and orders, including (waste compactors, street sweepers, fuel tanks, tankers, stationary bodies, loaders, heavy water suction vehicles, rocket launchers, mixers, tipping bodies, and water transport tanks) as well as specialized tanks and steel structures of all types and forms.
